Hi!
Congrats on your Hawaï accomplishment!
I stumbled upon your name by reading a web site talking about you being the youngest female competitor in Hawaï. Then I found your Blog.
I am a Frenchman leaving in Paris. I finished twice the Long Triathlon in l’Alpe d’Huez, so it was fun for me to look at all your pics taken in France. I wish our road could have crossed (is my english correct?). My next goal is IM Nice, France.
Keep up on good training! Looks like you have a perfect environment for that.
Sincerely,
Nicolas
Hey Ryann…came across your blog after reading some IM blogs. I was entered in the IM Canada event which was your first Ironman (it happened to be my first IM as well). Around the 20 mile mark on the run I was actually running with you for 10-15 minutes. I remembered what you said at the Athlete’s Meeting/Supper about being excited about picking out your IM outfit. I recall being amused as I saw you on the run and actually taking note of what you were wearing (strange thoughts happen at that stage of the IM) Congrats on your latest accomplishment.
congrats on Ironman, and great photos from the Tour. Saw your story on Ionman.com, see my website, http://www.racingtoregister.com and spred the word, good job, you perservered and thats the way to do it ~!
Somehow managed to come across your blog while searching for beginner tri tips – glad I did though. Ryann, you are an amazing person and your blog is filled with pure inspiration! Although I am just starting this whole triathlon experience, after one event, I’m hooked and I have made a goal to one day complete and ironman event. Congrats on your accomplishments and I wish you the best of luck in the future.
On a side note, I must say you are by far the most gorgeous girl I’ve ever seen and it seems as though you have the inner beauty to go along with it. That alone seems to be a hard combination these days. And to top it off your a hockey fan… I must admit that makes you pretty close to being perfect in my book! lol. If you ever make it to Wisconsin just keep in mind you have a friend, a fan, and a fellow tri athlete here!
I hope you continue to recover from your surgery. I have been told I have a problem with my fat pad as well. I am wondering how you are doing post surgery, how much fat pad they took out, and what your symptoms that made the docs think it was a fat pad problem (did they see it on MRIs/specific symptoms etc?). MRIs have not shown much with my problem and I have found very little on the internet re: fat pad surgery recovery.
Howdy. That photo of you running with The Flatirons in the background is awesome. I don’t suppose you have a higher resolution version of it, do you? I’d love to use it as a desktop background on my computer.
Thanks, and best wishes in coming back from the surgery.
My name is Jessica and I have been working with a food & nutritional manufacturer in Fairfield, California to develop a gluten-free vanilla cupcake mix. I am working to get as many samples out as possible and would appreciate your feedback on this product. Please let me know at your earliest convenience if you are interested in participating & I would be happy to send you a sample. Thank you!
I am a fashion photographer based in LA. A client of mine saw your Triathlete cover and wanted to see if you might be available for a swimwear photo shoot in early December. Not sure where you are based but I thought I would check in with you. My clients swimwear line if very athletic and her market is like competitive swimwear that is also really fashion oriented. She has amazing styling. Please get back to me so I can talk to you about it. It would be shot here in LA. My website is http://www.humephoto.com if you want to check out what my work is like. I shot the Shape magazine covers for 12 years, have shot for Under Armour, Speedo, Hind, numerous swimwear and fashion lines. Please get back to me as soon as possible.

Ryann, tell Graham that he shouldn’t be drinking out of a flamingo, he is setting a poor example for his son and his friends, haha.
